The Five Dimensions
Framework for Personalized Medicine
An assessment of patients starting from the inside out.
Dr. K optimizes how patients feel by taking a deeper dive into the brain, psyche and cellular chemistry to not only correct but optimize functionality. We look at internal chemical, social and environmental factors contributing to individuals suboptimal functionality.
The five dimensions we strive to improve are neurological, mechanical, aesthetic, hormonal and defense. Within these dimensions we take a closer look at optimizing each domain.

Neurons
This dimension includes the conventional medical specialties of neurology and psychiatry.
As the fundamental units of the brain and nervous system, Neurons dictate how people think and feel.
Mechanics
This dimension includes numerous conventional medical specialties, including: otorhinolaryngology (Ear, Nose & Throat), cardiology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology and orthopedics. As all of these specialties involve mechanical processes, they have been regrouped together as Mechanics.

Aesthetics
This dimension includes the conventional specialties of dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Aesthetics encompasses how people look to the outside world.
Hormones
This dimension includes the conventional medical specialty of endocrinology. Small chemical messengers, hormones regulate many aspects of performance. The Hormones dimension includes both strategies to stimulate production of hormones as well as direct supplementation of those hormones.

Defense
This dimension includes the conventional medical specialties of infectious disease, immunology, oncology, reproductive medicine, regenerative medicine and nutrition. The Defense dimension encompasses both external threats (bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.) as well as internal threats (cancer, autoimmune processes, etc.).
